Wandiligong Public Hall - Bookings


Set in idyllic surroundings the historic Wandiligong Public Hall is the perfect venue for weddings, celebrations, gatherings or other community activities. The Hall has many period features, including its original Baltic pine ceiling, hand-made brick walls, stage and open fire place to name but a few of its features.

The hall is surrounded by shady trees in the summer months suitable for outdoor activities, with an extensive undercover veranda should the need arise. Whilst during the winter months the Hall is equipped with electrical heating and of course the quintessential open wood fire. Downstairs there is a registered kitchen suitable for onsite catering. The hall also has tables and chairs that are made available to hirers for their use The Hall is able to seat 120 people theatre style and 80 in a table and chair arrangement on the back verandah table and chair arrangement 110


Hiring Costs for Celebratory Events

Hiring the hall for 2 days    $900

Example:
 Friday – 12pm collect keys & set up for event,
 Saturday – function
 Sunday – clean and restore hall, return keys by 12pm   

This allows hirers time to set up prior to their function and for them to clean and return the hall to its former state.

Hiring the hall for longer durations is to be negotiated with our committee representative.

Standard Bond for cleaning & damages          $250
Bond for 21st Birthdays                                    $500
The Bond is refundable within 7 days from the conclusion of your event subject to the Terms and Conditions of Hiring Agreement.

Complete the form with your details and email it to us. To secure the booking you will be required to pay the Cleaning and Damages bond within a month of signing the Hiring Agreement, with the balance of funds is to be paid a month prior to your event.
